The best roasted peking duck in Los Angeles County. Great service. Be prompt with your table appointments or else you will get bumped off. The establishment is always a full house during evening, holidays and weekends.
Make sure to call ahead for the duck. I saw ppl come in and not be able to order duck BC they didn't call ahead. The duck itself was above average. Skin was really nice and crispy. I like that they give Ample cucumber and onion - I always end up running out. Soup was good too.
One the best Peking duck places I've been to! The skin is super juicy and crispy. The other dishes are very authentic as well, the steamed fish and pan fried pancake were my favorite!
The Peking duck is crispy & delicious. It comes with thin pancakes, julienned cucumber, shredded scallion & sauce. The duck is separated into crispy skin slices & meat. Need to order duck ahead. They do run out of it. Other dishes are tasty too. The lamb skewers are flavorful & spicy but need to be cooked longer. The mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, the sprouted cauliflower are all very good.
Best Peking Duck in LA. Do require advanced reservation to guarantee your order of Peking duck. We added additional meal: house special pancake, honey walnut shrimp and dice top sirloin with black pepper. All cooked to a perfection. The presentation on the Peking duck is superb. Skins without any layer of meat with the meat chops to bite portions. All around a very well deserving a 5 star.
The peking duck was the best. Skin just melts in your mouth. Pea spout was Really good. Love it with the soup. Sweet and sour fish was good. Service was great
We made a reservation - ordered duck, 小籠包，braised tofu w/ fungus，and beef tongue. All delicious and highly recommended. The duck soup also pairs well with the dishes as a way to further savor the flavor. Great service and would come back again. Parking can be difficult during peak meal hours, but I circled around the lot for ten minutes and managed to grab a spot.
We got there around 5:20 and the wait time is an hour. There’s an additional 20-30min waiting time for Peking duck. Duck is good. I particularly like the taro & gingko dessert.
The taste of Jirong Roast Duck brings me back to BeijingMust-eat recommendation||I wonder if there are people who miss the Beijing roast duck in China like me when they are in the US! ! Finally found a delicious roast duck in Los Angeles! . A whole roast duck for $79.98, not half! Served with lotus leaf pancakes, scallions, cucumbers and sauces. Add duck soup for $13.98. You need to make a reservation one hour in advance, just call. The other dishes here are also delicious, but the most classic is the roast duck. I will try more other dishes next time.
First and foremost, call to make a reservation for a duck! I think I would say I'm pretty picky with my duck and they make it pretty good here. It's for sure the best duck in SoCal. They also serve it with the tortilla, which I feel like is rare in the states. Service wasn't bad here, but parking sucks. There's some street parking and 2 parking lots on each side of the building but there are also other popular restaurants nearby. Good luck.
